I started making jewelry as a hobby years ago while living in Colorado. My love of the outdoors, beautiful mountain scenery, and my travels throughout Southeast Asia are always influential in
our designs. 

With the arrival of my first son, Casey, my inspiration shifted. I wanted to combine my new role as mom with a stylish and wearable design.
I made my first Dittmer Designs necklace - Casey’s name in gold on spun aqua silk- and I was amazed at the compliments I received from friends, family, and people just walking by. After much encouragement, I started filling orders for personalized necklaces and bracelets, and Dittmer Designs was born.
